Refund Policy

At Silver Tech Services (STS), customer satisfaction is very important to us. We do our best to ensure that every client receives helpful, reliable, and professional technology support. Because our services are based on time, expertise, and personalized assistance, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis under the terms below.

1. Service-Based Refunds

Our work involves in-home and remote tech support, training, and setup services. As such:

  • Refunds may be issued only if a service has not yet been started or scheduled.

  • Once a service has been completed, refunds are not typically available, as time and labor have already been provided.

  • If you are not satisfied with your session, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment, and we will make every effort to correct the issue or offer a partial credit toward future service.

2. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment will not incur a fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a service charge or partial fee.

  • Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) are non-refundable.

3. Prepaid Services and Packages

If you purchase a service package or prepay for multiple sessions, any unused sessions can be refunded (less any completed services) within 14 days of purchase, provided no services in the package have been used.

4. Digital or Online Products (if applicable)

For any digital resources, guides, or training materials sold through our site, refunds are only available if the product has not been downloaded or accessed.
