Silver Tech Services provides in-home and remote technology support, device setup, and training for seniors and veterans. All services are offered by appointment. We do our best to ensure every session is helpful, professional, and tailored to your needs.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a service fee.

  • If we ever need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll contact you as soon as possible.

3. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods may include cash, check, or approved digital payment (such as Zelle or Venmo).
All prices and fees are subject to change, but you’ll always be informed before any work begins.

4. Technical Limitations

We make every effort to resolve your technical issues, but some problems may be outside our control (for example, severe hardware failure or third-party software defects). Silver Tech Services cannot guarantee a specific outcome for every repair or training session.

5. Liability

While we take great care with your devices and data, Silver Tech Services is not responsible for data loss, hardware damage, or software issues that occur during or after a service appointment, unless caused by negligence.
We strongly recommend that clients back up their data before any service session.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle all client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal details and data shared with us will never be sold or misused.

7. Use of Website

You may browse and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Do not attempt to copy, distribute, or misuse any of its content or materials.

8. Changes to These Terms
